1.3. 1261613 B.C. LTD. is a Canadian Company engaged in the sale and distribution of Medical Aesthetic Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenating Equipment and related accessories.

2. BUSINESS:
2.1. After the sales transaction takes place, the purchased item shall be provided to the client in a timely manner as mentioned on the purchase document. Every effort will be made to avoid delay in delivery, unless circumstances are beyond the control of 1261613 B.C. LTD.
2.2 . 1261613 B.C. LTD. holds the sole rights to its product sale and services related to it. It can, therefore, terminate, modify or change any service at any time, without prior notice. Moreover, 1261613 B.C. LTD. may add, alter, delete, change or modify the processes, procedures, price, conditions or modes applicable to purchase at any time. 1261613 B.C. LTD. shall not be liable or answerable to the client or any third party for any change, modification, closure or suspension of any aspect of the services.

Communication has to be initiated within 24 Hours of receiving the product. Customer's satisfaction is the primary policy of our Company. The damage assessment shall take necessary days and it is assured that an optimum solution shall be given. The product shall be replaced or other necessary corrective measures shall be considered to fix the issue.
3.3. Products might need to be special ordered, and will need upfront payment. All products are considered FINAL sales. There will be no refunds, order cancellations, or returns.

LTD. shall not be liable to make these prices to be the lowest in the city, region, territory or geographical domain. Prices and availability of the product are subject to change from time to time without any prior notice; and any successive liability in this regard.
5.3. All orders need to be paid for, before shipment is arranged, and before training is provided.
5.4. Although 1261613 B.C. LTD. works to ensure that correct information about the product including price etc. shall as typographical mistakes may occur. LTD. can contact the client for instructions or cancel the order and notify the client accordingly.1261613 B.C. LTD. is not liable for any consequences that may occur because of the unauthorized use of the client's credit / debit card.

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT:
Details of the shipping address including postal code furnished in the purchase order shall be verified with the database of 1261613 B.C. LTD. before the payment of the purchase is made. If the order cannot be serviced or the area is not covered at the end of the Company, we shall request you to provide alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery list. If a dispute generates related to the shipment of the product for the particular area, 1261613 B.C. LTD. holds no responsibility for the non-delivery of the product. Transactions of the product can be made from anywhere in the world. In case of multiple orders for the product in one transaction, then our preference will to ship all products together at the same time. But it should be clear that in some cases, this shall not be possible.

8. RETURN POLICY:
8.1. In case of a defective / damaged product or a product which does not confirm to the original specifications is delivered; the client is requested to contact the Customer Service Section of the Company within 24 Hours of receiving the product.
8.2. After confirming the complaint for authenticity and after inspecting the nature of the complaint,1261613 B.C. LTD. will offer replacement. If it is found that the complaint is non-genuine, 1261613 B.C. LTD. has the right to take legal action and the client shall be responsible for bearing all costs incurred by 1261613 B.C. LTD. in this regard.
8.3. 1261613 B.C. LTD. will follow adequate procedure to make sure the product reaches the client in the stated condition. In case a need arises where a return has to be made, the client / consumer should follow the procedure set by 1261613 B.C. LTD.
Return Terms and Conditions:
* In case of receipt of a defective/damaged product, 1261613 B.C. LTD. has to be informed within 24-hours of delivery. If the complaint is not made within 24-hours, 1261613 B.C. LTD. is not bound to replace the product and cannot be held liable for the same.
* The client should ensure that the product for which a complaint has been made is unused.
* The pick-up of the defective/ damaged product shall be arranged by 1261613 B.C. LTD. If  in case such an arrangement is not possible, the client shall be notified. In such case, the client shall be responsible for dispatching the product by using an established courier service in the respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. The Courier freight charge which is incurred by the client in this process shall be reimbursed with prior consultation with 1261613 B.C. LTD.
* It must be ensured that the product returned by the client has its original packaging along with the original price tag, label, barcode, user manual, warranty card and invoice etc.
* The packaging of the returning product should be tamper proof and adequate to assure there is no further damage or loss during transit.
* The returned product received by 1261613 B.C. LTD. dba DermaSilk  IPL shall be verified and checked by the Company. This is to confirm the integrity of the return. If the claim is found to be not true, the cost of shipping the product will be borne only by the client entirely.
8.4. If  a product returned by the CLIENT / CONSUMER is acceptable as per policy specifications of  1261613 B.C. LTD. the transaction value of such product, actually as paid by the client/consumer shall be refundable to the consumer. Every refund shall be processed according to the mode of payment. 1261613 B.C. LTD. shall credit refunds directly into consumers debit/credit card, online accounts or cheque in this regard.
Refund Terms and Conditions : 
* Online orders payment is refundable within 7-21 working days through the online account of the Company or through cheque, according to the existing circumstances as per decision of  1261613 B.C. LTD.
* Refunds for the payments made in Cash on Delivery will be given by a cheque.
* If the product is in a repairable condition and can be restored, 1261613 B.C. LTD. shall complete the repairs and send it back to the consumer.

9. WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS:

LTD. its directors, officers, staff, employees be liable to the client for any incidental, special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those which result from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not 1261613 B.C. LTD. has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or whether based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortuous action, or any other claim which may arise out of or in connection with client's purchase of the product herein. Notwithstanding anything to contrary, 1261613 B.C. LTD. holds entire liability to you under this Terms and Conditions or otherwise will be the refund of the money charged from you, under which the unlikely liability arises.

11.1. The Supply Terms mentioned above and the relationship between the client and 1261613 B.C. LTD. are applicable without reference to conflict of laws principles.
11.2. All claims, differences and disputes that may arise under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms and Conditions of Offer for Sale or any other transactions that take place or are entered into through the Website or the relationship between the client and 1261613 B.C. LTD. shall be under the purview and exclusive jurisdiction of the Province Of British Columbia.

12. TREATMENT WITH THE HAIR REMOVAL EQUIPMENT:
12.1. It is asserted by 1261613 B.C. LTD.  that the treatment is not a permanent hair removal treatment, it is a semi-permanent solution treatment. 
12.2. This system treatment ensures that it reduces hair growth on a long-term basis.
12.3. It should be clearly understood that it does not take off the hair forever hundred percent, but it can drastically reduce hair growth, that which is most required.
12.4. The hair removal systems offers a semi-permanent hair removal; which means that it is capable of giving you a drastic reduction of hair growth.
12.5. It is to be clearly understood that the system is more effective on those with dark hair against fair skin while it is less effective on fine, peach fuzz hair, blond, reddish or grey hair and 1261613 B.C. LTD. is not responsible for this as it is a fact that light is attracted to dark hair most. Those with fairer hair or such hair shall have to go for more sessions to get better results.
12.6. 1261613 B.C. LTD. is not responsible for any kind of harm or damage if the system is used for genitals, eyebrows or men's facial hair.

13. REACTIONS AND OTHER SIDE EFFECTS:
13.1. 1261613 B.C. LTD. clearly indicates that the Company is not responsible of any kind of reactions or side effects by the use of our equipment.
* Always use caution during treatment: 
Temporarily, the skin pigment may change by getting lighter or darker in color due to exposure of light. 
Short-term irritation may occur such as swelling, itching, redness or tingling. If the system is not used properly, side-effects may occur such as scarring, burning, crusting or blistering.
13.2 1261613 B.C. LTD. is not liable for any kind of side-effects if the buyer/operator makes the pass over an area for more than prescribed.
13.3. The few side-effects that appear after the use of the system are minor and temporary.

LTD. is not liable if they prolong.

13.7. 1261613 B.C. LTD. is not liable for any color changes to the treated area of the skin. These skin color changes tend to fade away over time and the skin returns to normal, but if this does not happen, 1261613 B.C. LTD. will not be held liable.
13.9. In case any kind of skin infection occurs, the customer should report immediately to a Dermatologist or head to the nearest Emergency if needed. In case of failure to do so, 1261613 B.C. LTD. will not be held liable.

14. THE USE OF OUR EQUIPMENT DURING PREGNANCY:
1261613 B.C. LTD. clearly DOES NOT RECCOMEND the use of our equipment during pregnancy. 
1261613 B.C. LTD.  is not liable for any kind of harm if the customer uses the system during such times.

15. MISCONCEPTIONS: 
15.1. The use of our systems does not cause cancer as the light is specially designed to pass through skin cells and target only hair follicles deep within the skin. The process produces only a small amount of radiation which is not harmful.
15.2. As per studies, the use of DIODE, IPL & PDT systems does not cause infertility as the light only penetrates the skin and does not reach or affect any other organs. This makes them a safe system in regard to infertility
